I think I found that rifle we were bickering about. It's called an PFK. Basically the same as a romanian PSL. It is styled after a Dragunov, and like the Dragunov and Mosin-Nagant rifles, it does shoot the 7.62X54 rather than the 7.62X39. However, it is an enlarged AK platform, whereas the Dragunov is only cosmetically similar to the AK. The Dragunov has a completely different system internally. But still, from my reading, this rifle does not have the sub- 1MOA you spoke of, primarily due to the thin barrel. Maybe you saw one with a heavyer barrel? Also, I have an AKM on its' way here that I won at an online auction. So I will still be more than happy to take a vid of me shooting it at 100 yards and then show you the groups after I have it sighted in. Then double the range without adjusting the sights and show you how far it drops. Anyways, here's a peak at the FPK.
