I was brought up in a baptist church till around 12 yrs old. since then Ive dibbled and dabbled in Christianity here and there at various churches but have always "back slided" as they call it. In 2004 I went to prison on a 3 year stint, and decided it was time for me to change my destructive pattern. In the solitude of the dark nights looking through the bars of my cell window I realized that running to "God" or Jesus when in trouble only falsified my life even more, and was preventing myself from seeing my inner self. I then started believing that my conscious, the knowing of right from wrong before acting was the unwritten truth I needed to follow. I believe that this inner self is my higher power or "God" as some may call it. Its not a creator of anything but a better me. Believing all this has had a tremendous effect in my life. Ive overcome many addictions, started lifting weights and put on 90 lbs of muscle, and many other positive changes. You ask what this has to do with the 88 Precepts? Well first let me begin by telling you why and how I came to this site. A friend of mine at work decides to go home on his lunch break and finds 2 niggers in his home with his wife! He stabbed one and went to jail. I was furious! Thats when I started looking for a WHITE social network to educate myself further in our struggle to preserve and protect our race. I had no idea what the 88 Precepts were until I found this site. Reading them I came to #4 The truest form of prayer is communion with Nature. It is not vocal. Go to a lonely spot, if possible a mountaintop, on a clear, star-lit night, ponder the majesty and order of the infinite macrocosm. Then consider the intricacies of the equally infinite microcosm. Understand that you are on the one hand inconsequential beyond comprehension in the size of things, and on the other hand, you are potentially valuable beyond comprehension as a link in destinys chain. There you begin to understand how pride and self can co-exist with respect and reverence. There we find harmony with Nature and with harmony comes strength, peace and certainty. -This was exactly what my experience was in that prison cell! Ive never read anything in my life that makes so much sense. If only every white brother and sister applied these precepts to their everyday life, this world wouldnt be so bad... whatever your religion/higher power is, just remember the 1st Precept. Any religion or teaching which denies the Natural Laws of the Universe is false. -I wish all of you the best in our struggle.
